Our Nyati Safari

“Nyati” symbolizes strength, determination and solidarity.

As the sun sinks lower in the Tanzanian autumn (September to November), nature slowly begins to await the occasional rainstorm. Temperatures are pleasantly warm, and wildlife remains active. This is the time when herds migrate majestically through the landscape—particularly impressive for photographers. These months are ideal for combining a safari with a beach holiday in Zanzibar.

Itinerary in Detail

(Hotels may vary depending on availability or organizational reasons – equivalent 4*–5* hotels will be considered.)

Day 1:

Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, welcome, transfer, check-in, welcome briefing, dinner

Day 2:

Full-day safari in Tarangire National Park, picnic lunch, onward journey to Mto wa Mbu, dinner

Day 3:

Morning game drive in Lake Manyara NP, cultural visit to Mto wa Mbu with traditional lunch, evening at leisure

Day 4:

Full-day safari in the Ngorongoro Crater, picnic or bush lunch, followed by a drive to the Ndutu region, dinner at camp

Day 5:

Day safari in the Ndutu region, picnic lunch, dinner at camp

Day 6:

Drive from the Ndutu region to the Central Serengeti with ongoing game viewing on the way there, picnic lunch, dinner at camp

Day 7:

Full-day Serengeti safari: various ecosystems, Big Five, picnic or lodge lunch, dinner

Day 8:

Flight Serengeti–Zanzibar (via Arusha), arrival, transfer, check-in, welcome drink, dinner

Day 9-12

Beach holiday in Zanzibar: Relaxation or optional activities (Stone Town, Spice Tour, Snorkeling, Blue Safari, Spa)

Day 13 / 14*

Breakfast, transfer to Zanzibar airport, return flight ( *depending on flight connection)
